The Sapphire Merchant – Jewellery Manufacturing Service – Terms & Conditions

 

Description of Service:

The Sapphire Merchant provides a jewellery manufacturing service for customers who have purchased a gemstone directly from our online store or via our brokering service. OR, for a fee of $250, a HOLD can be placed on a gemstone while a CAD is drawn up. If you decide not to purchase the gemstone, this fee is non-refundable.

Having a Jewellery Item Manufactured:​

​

  1. When you purchase a gemstone from The Sapphire Merchant via our online store or through our brokering service you are eligible for a FREE CAD design.

  2. A CAD design is completed with your design requirements. Changes can be made to the CAD design until the design is perfected. 

  3. Once the CAD design is perfected, a final quote is given.

  4. If the quote is accepted by you, a 50% deposit is required. 

  5. The Sapphire Merchant covers international and national courier fees and importation tax and fees. GST is included in the quoted price of the jewellery item.  

  6. Upon confirmation of your order, please allow up to 6 weeks for your jewellery item to be completed and delivered to you.

  7. Once the completed jewellery item is received by The Sapphire Merchant, the final 50% of the balance is due within 7 days. Upon payment, your jewellery item and gemstone documentation will be couriered (overnight with a signature required) to you.
